Pupils at St. Mary's C.E. Middle School are assessed at regular intervals throughout their time at the school to help staff and pupils track their progress. We want every child to reach their full potential and assessment is essential in ensuring the highest possible outcomes for each pupil.
The assessment in the school is split into two different cycles depending on the type of assessment being undertaken. These are:
- Annual Summative Assessments (Externally Marked)
- Termly Achievement Grades (Teacher Assessment)
Please use the links to the left to take you to further information about the types of assessments used.
