Wellbeing Resources

Places where you can get support

This section will give you some places where you are able to get advice and support.  Look carefully at the age group that the resource is aimed at.

  • NHS ChatHealth App
ChatHealth is a secure and confidential text messaging service for young people. It allows patients to easily and anonymously get in touch with a healthcare professional for advice and support. It is aimed at pupils between the ages of 11 and 18. It's typically used to provide advice about sensitive issues where patients might want to avoid a face to face appointment, such as: stress and anxiety, bullying, self-harm, alcohol and drugs, sex, contraception and relationships.

Here are a selection of the video clips that we use in our 10 minute wellbeing time.  Please feel free to use these at home to complimen the work that we are doing in school.
