The School Development Plan contains the priorities for development, how we will do this and the people responsible.  It is compiled annually, through work between the SLT (School Leadership Team) and governors, and reflects the key targets for the academic year ahead.  As a 'live' document it leads us in our work, while at times it is amended due to new needs.
